Can I visit the apartment in advance / site inspection?
We are available for a personal visit from Monday to Friday on request. Please contact us by mail.
How long is the minimum rental period?
The prices are based on a minimum of 3 nights. The rates can be found at “Suites & Rates” on our homepage. For shorter stays or individual requests please contact us by mail.
Can I extend my lease?
You have the option to renew the lease 21 days before the rental period ends in writing form for another month or for a few days at the current daily rate. If you need to take advantage of a short-term extension, please contact us and we will examine it in individually.
Can I terminate the lease early?
The lease may be terminated at any time within one month at the end of the following month in writing form. For long-term stays, the monthly rent is calculated on the basis of a minimum term of one month, so that the contract can be terminated early only after consultation and goodwill prematurely.
What will be charged if I have to cancel the apartment?
For individual bookings the following conditions apply:
For bookings up to 7 nights, a full booking cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before date of arrival. If canceled after the 13th day prior to arrival, a 90% cancellation fee will be charged for the entire booking period.
For reservations of 7 to 29 nights, a full reservation can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival. If canceled after the 41st day prior to arrival, a 90% cancellation fee will be charged for the entire booking period.
For bookings of 30 nights or more, a full booking cancellation is possible up to 56 days before arrival. If canceled after the 55th day prior to arrival, a 90% cancellation fee will be charged for the first month of the booking (30 nights).
For group bookings (> 3 apartments) or reservations for trade fair and special periods, the following conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed in the contract:
A booking can be canceled free of charge up to 84 days before arrival. In case of cancellation from the 83rd day before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total cost of the reservation. The regulation is subject to the regulation number
MAPARTMENT will engage to re-allocate unused apartments if possible. If MAPARTMENT can render canceled services in the agreed period to third parties, the compensation of the contracting party shall be reduced by the amount that these third parties pay for the canceled service, but at most until the total compensation has been canceled. The booker is free to prove that the aforementioned claim was not or not incurred in the required amount.
How can I check in?
Please use our Check In Terminal in front of the main entrance of the apartment building. You will be directed through the system. For the check in process, please have your reservation number from the reservation confirmation as well as your credit card and your ID card ready. If you have questions in advance about the check in process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I pay for my stay?
The payment for your stay will be made directly at the Check In Terminal. (1st apartment rental up to 31 days as well as the booked parking space and the final cleaning) We accept all major EC and credit cards. (Mastercard, VISA, VPAY & Maestro) All subsequent months must be paid in advance until the 25th of the current month by bank transfer.
